How many free messages do I get?

Free users can generate up to 3 messages. After that, you'll need a Pro subscription for unlimited generations.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Prosepal.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes! Sign in with the same account you used to purchase, and your subscription will be restored automatically. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" in the settings.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. The details you enter for message generation are sent to our AI service but are not stored permanently. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

The app isn't generating messages. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app. If you're still having issues, please contact support.

Can I use Prosepal offline?

No, Prosepal requires an internet connection to generate messages using our AI service.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app's Settings page. This will permanently remove all your data.
